Welcome to heroicabrand.com, the official space of HEROICA, a registered brand in Colombia.

Here we share our collections and offer our garments for online purchase.

By placing an order, you accept the following terms:

  • Prices are expressed in USD.
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • If a product is unavailable, we will refund your purchase.
  • Products remain the property of HEROICA until fully paid.
  • We use Paypal or Bold as our payment gateway; we do not store bank data.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

You can place your order by selecting your size and adding the product to your cart. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

  • Payment methods: We use Paypal or Bold to process payments securely. HEROICA does not store bank details.
  • If your bank rejects the payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be shipped?

Each HEROICA garment is carefully prepared before being sent to you. Processing your order may take between 1 and 7 business days from the time of purchase. Once your piece is ready and handed to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, delivery times are:

International: 3 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Important: Delivery times depend on the courier and may vary due to external factors.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, provided the garment has not been worn and is not part of discounted archive pieces. You have 5 business days from delivery to request a return or exchange by writing to ventas@heroicabrand.com with your order number, garment name, and reason.

What conditions must be met?

The garment must be in perfect condition, with tags intact, and show no signs of wear. HEROICA does not accept returns of worn garments or packages sent with cash on delivery.

How do I make an exchange?

First, return the original garment and then place a new order. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the new shipping
